Getting Started
This guide outlines the recommended steps for setting up your TMRW Labs account and configuring the dashboard for first use. Following these steps in order will ensure your WiFi data collection infrastructure is operational as quickly as possible.
Step 1: Log In
Navigate to https://dashboard.tmrwlabs.com and sign in using your registered email address and password. If you have not yet been granted access, contact your account administrator — new users are onboarded via an invitation sent to their email address.
Step 2: Dashboard Overview
Upon successful login, you will be directed to the Dashboard Home, which provides a high-level performance summary across your locations. The primary navigation sidebar gives access to all major sections of the platform:
- Locations — Manage your venues, their paired WiFi routers, and per-location landing pages
- Analytics — View connection statistics, customer trends, and performance reports
- Customers — Browse and manage the directory of guests who have connected to your WiFi
- Content — Build and publish captive portals, feedback forms, and promotional banners
- Integrations — Connect third-party marketing, point-of-sale, and CRM platforms
- Team & Access — Manage team members, roles, and review account activity logs
- Settings — Update your personal profile and account security settings
Step 3: Initial Configuration
Complete the following tasks to bring your account into full operation:
- Add your first location — Register the venue where your WiFi is deployed. See Location Directory for instructions.
- Register a WiFi router — Pair the physical hardware to your location. See Routers & Devices.
- Build and publish a captive portal — Design the guest-facing WiFi login page that will collect customer data. See Captive Portal.
- Invite team members — Grant dashboard access to colleagues and assign appropriate roles. See User Management.
- Connect integrations — Link any existing marketing, point-of-sale, or CRM platforms to enable automated data flows. See Integrations.
Once your location is active and a captive portal is published, guest connection data will begin flowing into the Analytics and Customers sections automatically.
