Integrations

The Integrations section enables TMRW Labs to connect with the third-party platforms your business already uses, allowing customer, transactional, and venue data to flow automatically between systems without manual import or export.

Integration Categories​

The integrations marketplace organizes available connections by functional category. The following categories are supported:

  • Email Marketing (EDM) — Synchronize customer data and automate targeted email campaigns
  • Point of Sale (POS) — Sync transactions, inventory records, and customer data in real time
  • Marketing — Streamline campaign management and track engagement across channels
  • CRM — Manage customer relationships, pipelines, and sales processes
  • SMS & Messaging — Send automated notifications and marketing messages via SMS
  • Advertising — Manage ad campaigns and track spend and attribution across channels
  • Automation — Connect workflow tools to reduce manual, repetitive tasks
  • Network & Infrastructure — Monitor connectivity health and system performance
  • Analytics & Reporting — Feed performance data into external dashboards and reporting tools
  • Payments — Handle transaction processing and billing operations
  • E-commerce — Synchronize product catalogs, orders, and online sales data
  • Bookings & Scheduling — Sync appointments, reservations, and calendar data
  • Customer Data Platform — Unify customer profiles across multiple tools and data sources
  • Loyalty & Rewards — Track loyalty points and support customer retention programs
  • Customer Support — Sync support tickets and customer service interactions
  • Social Media — Manage content publishing and track audience engagement
  • Content Management — Synchronize content across publishing and CMS platforms
  • Authentication & Identity — Manage user access, single sign-on, and identity providers
  • Data & Storage — Connect data pipelines and cloud storage infrastructure
  • Other — Additional custom connections not covered by the above categories

Connecting an Integration​

To configure a new integration for a location:

  1. Navigate to Integrations in the main sidebar.
  2. Browse the marketplace by category or use the search function to locate the platform you wish to connect.
  3. Click Set up Integration on the relevant integration card.
  4. Select the location this integration applies to and provide the required connection credentials or API keys.
  5. Save the configuration. The integration card will update to reflect its connected status for the selected location.

Managing Connected Integrations​

Once an integration is configured, the following management options are available:

  • Update Settings — Click Configure on any connected integration card to modify its configuration, update credentials, or change the associated location.
  • Enable or Disable — Use the toggle on the integration card to temporarily deactivate an integration without fully disconnecting or removing it.
  • Plan Restrictions — Certain integration categories may be restricted depending on your subscription plan. Upgrading your plan will unlock access to additional categories.

Requesting a New Integration​

If a platform you require is not currently available in the marketplace, use the Request Integration option to submit a request to the TMRW Labs team. Integration requests are reviewed and prioritized based on aggregate customer demand.
